The program accomplished above and beyond any of my expectations. I am happy that I learned and I can teach my children and my grandchildren how to avoid diabetes so young. I feel very proud to be part of this action in the community.

We pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of innovation. A primary ongoing goal of ours is to develop practical, scientifically sound strategies to improve cardiovascular health with a focus upon underserved communities.

At the core we are an academic institution, as such CPC Community Health incorporates evidence based practices in all aspects of our work.
